Responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on role with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine quality checks and complete production logs
- Identify and report equipment issues or defects
- Support the team with material handling and basic machine maintenance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
