Our Steel Ply Panels and Fillers comes Standard with upgraded Finn Form solid Birch that provides strength with a smooth surface. The Fin Form is bonded with a phenolic resin adhesive which is water and boil proof. Classic HDO with 100/30 is also available upon request. The Steel Ply Panels and Fillers are compatible with all other industry standard modular handset systems. 9Ft and 10Ft available upon request.

• Comes Standard with upgraded Finn Form solid Birch with 120/120 perfor-mance that provides uncommon strength with a smooth surface. It is easy to strip and will not leave grain imprinting. Fin Form is bonded with a phenolic resin adhesive which is water and boil proof. All edges are factory sawn and sealed with a special styrene acrylic sealer. Classic HDO with 100/30 is also available upon request and is the standard insert offered by our competition.
• Cross members are standard 2" x 2" and are located every 12" making them ideal for residential/commercial foundations and rental yards.
• Rivets are 1/4" heavy duty, solid machine installed made from 1100F aluminum to increase longevity.
• Welds are quality controlled by highly trained craftsmen, and frames are manufactured to precise dimensions so they are easily compatible with other Handset Steel/Plywood form systems.
• Dado slots located at 12" on center and wedge bolt accessory slots are located at 6" on center.
• Conveniently located handles make set up, stripping and handling easier.
• Maximum pour pressure of 1,000 lbs per square foot.
• With proper care contractors can expect that forms will be able to be reused up to 200 times before plywood needs to be replaced.
• Compatible with all other industry standard modular handset systems.
• All sizes of heavy duty loop ties, x-flat ties, wedge bolts, and accessories to offer the complete system.
